- Description
- BSA will be conducting a contractor briefing, on September 24, 2009, to provide additional and more detailed information concerning the NSLS-II LOB project. The briefing will be held in Building 555 Chemistry’s Hamilton Seminar Room from 2-5pm. This briefing will include information related to project design, BSA’s approach to safety for contractors working on the laboratory, and the intended process for the evaluation of contractor proposals. Interested firms should provide Ms. Carrie Sauter sauter@bnl.gov a list of attendees and their citizenship status via email so that arrangements can be made for front gate access. Clearance for non US citizens may take up 30 days to process and may not be completed in time for this briefing.
