- Description
- This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because this is an order under an existing contract that was awarded using non-competitive procedures. Contractor shall provide all labor and equipment to perform the analysis provided in the attached analysis request form. All bulk analysis for the Thimble Shoals Channel and the Norfolk Harbor Channel shall be completed in an accelerated turn around time of 14-days to allow sufficient time for the data to be evaluated and decisions to be made.
