- Description
- This proposed procurement is set-aside for Small Businesses, NAICS 238220 with a size standard of $14,000,000.00. The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, and equipment necessary to provide HVAC maintenance services for the system located at the U.S. Armed Forces Recruiting Office located at 834 TRI-County Plaza, Belle Vernon, PA in strict accordance with the stated scope of work included in the request for quotations package. The period of performance shall be 01 October 2009 through 30 September 2010 (base year) with the possibility of four option years. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation will be the Internet only. This solicitation will not be issued in hard copy format. Contractors' requests for this solicitation will be performed through ASFI. Quotes can be submitted ONLY VIA EMAIL to: Nina Albritton OR USPS MAIL to: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Contracting Division, Simplified Acquisition Team, Attn: Nina Albritton, 10 South Howard Street, Room 7000, Baltimore, MD 21201-2530. In the absence of the contract specialist, please contact Linda Evans @ 410-962-2708. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format available thru Federal Business Opportunities System, free of charge on or about 14 September 2009, to all authenticated account holders of Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) System. Please note that all Corps of Engineers acquisitions are considered sensitive, but unclassified documents, and require users to have a valid MPIN entered in the FBO system to access the package. Amendment 1, issued 14 September 2009, corrects Block 10 of SF 1449, this is a SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS procurement, not UNRESTICTED.
