Preliminary plans Project description and elements of work Pre-ad letter - notice to prospective offerors NOTICE OF SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY WY PRA YELL 13(10), Road segment at Sylvan Pass on the East Entrance Road of Yellowstone National Park in Park County, Wyoming, will be solicited to the Yellowstone/Grand Teton MATOC contractors, in addition to the four (4) firms who have been determined to be Technically Acceptable for potential addition to the YNP/GTNP MATOC.
