- Description
- The Forest Service is interested in leasing approximately 8,464 rentable square feet of office and storage space. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 7350 ANSI/BOMA square feet to a maximum of 7360 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet in the main office. In addition 7900 rentable square feet of warehouse space is required. Within the warehouse are storage areas, shop areas, 300 square feet of office area, exercise room, showers, 4 kennels, and vehicle bays. All spaces shall be available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Parking required for 15 visitors and approximately 40 employees. Secure parking required for 35 vehicles and 3 utility trailers. Wareyard space of 1000 square feet is required for storage purposes. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The Government is requesting the space to be ready for occupancy by May 30, 2010. Lease term is 15 years with the first 10 years the firm terms. The SFO will be available by September 11, 2009 and will be posted to the FEDBIZ site. Offers will be due October 27, 2009 at 4:00 pm Arizona time. Interested offerors may submit a proposal, which will be considered.
