- Description
- The Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, 1481 W. Tenth Street, Indianapolis, Indiana intends to negotiate with Health Management Systems Inc, 401 Park Avenue South, 10th Floor, New York, NY 10016 to provide insurance investigation/verification functions for Medical Care Cost Recovery. The proposed action is for research for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.301-1. The Government believes that only one responsible source can provide the supplies/services that will satisfy the agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes but responses received on or before September 25, 2009 will be evaluated. A determination by the Contracting Officer not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is only within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Information should be submitted to the Richard L.
