- This proposed procurement is set aside for small businesses, NAICS 561720 with a size standard of $16.5 Million. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and supplies necessary to complete janitorial service for a new U.S. Armed Forces Recruiting Station located at 1965 Lycoming Creek Road South Williamsport, PA in strict accordance with the scope of work included in the request for quotations bid package. This facility is approximately 492 square feet. Services will be performed twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. All work for the base year must be completed by September 30, 2010, with the possibility of exercised options until 2014. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge, to all registered plan holders. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation will be the Internet only. This solicitation will not be issued in paper. Contractors requests for this solicitation will be performed through ASFI. All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to Kevin.J.Cook@usace.army.mil. Bids can be submitted by EMAIL to Kevin.J.Cook@usace.army.mil or VIA MAIL to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Contracting Division, Simplified Acquisition Team, 10 South Howard Street, 7th Floor Room 7000, Baltimore, MD 21201- 2530.
