- The U.S. Air Force intends to award a sole-source purchase order to Jane's Information Group, Inc. for "Jane's Military & Security Assessment Intelligence Center Online", for the period of 2 years (31 Dec 09 - 30 Dec 11), based on a 15 concurrent user license. This action is to be accomplished in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the 42d Contracting Squadron. In order to be considered as a possible source, interested parties must provide proof that they possess rights to distribute the online subscriptions.
