LEASE OF OFFICE SPACE IN MYRTLE BEACH, SC General Information Posted Date: September 14, 2009 Response Date: September 28, 2009 Classification Code: X- Lease or rental of facilities Naics Code: 531120- Lessors of Nonresidential Buildings (except Miniwarehouses) Description UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN MYRTLE BEACH, SC The United States Government seeks to lease class "A" contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 8,449 rentable square feet in Myrtle Beach, Horry County, SC. The space should yield 7,347 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. Offered space must be serviced by at least two elevators. In addition, a total of 5 parking spaces should be available at no cost or at least low and reasonable rates within a two block radius of the office. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area of Myrtle Beach, SC. North Boundary: US Highway 17 South Boundary: US Business Highway 17 The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm and should be fully serviced. The Government will have the right to cancel after the 10th year of the lease. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than May 1, 2011. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building's ownership.
