- United States Government Seeks Leased Office Space In Bronx, New York - Star #: 9NY2321 The United States Government seeks to lease office space and related space consisting of approximately 19,970 rentable square feet in Bronx, NY. The space must yield between 17,366 to 18,234 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet. The proposed space must be located within the delineated area included in the requirement: Delineated Area: North : Bronx and Pelham Parkway East : Hutchinson River Parkway South: Westchester Avenue - Highway 1 (Webster Ave) West: Highway 1 - (Webster Ave) The proposed lease is for ten (10) years cancellable by the Government after the fifth year. The Government is requesting a fully serviced lease. The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABBAS) Requirements. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership. In no event shall the Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of any Federal agency other than the General Services Administration (GSA) Contracting Officer or their authorized broker representative, CB Richard Ellis.
