- The Mission & Installation Contracting Command-Fort Brag, North Carolina intends to award a sole source contract under authority of Far 13.5 with Serene Corporation for the renewal of Resumix software licenses, maintenance and training. The current licenses are held by the Department of Defense (DoD). The requiring activity is the DoD Civilian Personnel Management Services (CPMS). Serene Corporation is the only known proprietor of Resumix source codes capable of fulfilling the requirement. The period of performance is one year from contract award. The proposed start date is one day after award. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This is a notice to place a firm-fixed price contract with Serene Corporation. Response to this notice will be used to determine whether a bona-fide competition exists and whether a formal solicitation is appropriate. Written responses, which include prices and sufficient data to determine capability to meet this requirement, must received in this office within five (5) calendar days after publication of this notice. If no written responses are received within the time specified, a contract will be placed with Serene Corporation. A request for a solicitation will not be considered a response. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Point of contact is Renee M.
