- This is a proposed sole source acquisition with Bell South, DBA AT&T, for the maintenance of the 911 emergency system for the Security Forces Squadron at Keesler Air Force Base, MS. The anticipated date solicitation will be posted to http://www.fedbizopps.gov is 15 Sep 09. The government anticipates award of a firm fixed price contract as a result of the solicitation.
