- Dynamometer Specifications, Contact Information, Clauses, and Required Certifications/Information This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Please visit www.fedbizopps.gov and register to automatically receive procurement notification from FEDBIZOPPS. The system will inform you, via e-mail, when there has been activity on FEDBIZOPPS concerning this solicitation. The solicitation number is F1Z30K9176A001 issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The evaluation process will be based on the following: lowest price, and technically acceptable offer. The award will be based on the aggregate total.
