- Linen/Mats, Rental/Cleaning, Pickup and Delivery Services, Commissaries in Carlisle Bks PA, Crane NWSC IN, Fort Campbell KY, Fort Knox KY, Fort McCoy MI, Great Lakes IL, Harrison Village IN, Rock Island IL and Scott AFB IL. The Period of Performance will be for a base period of February 1, 2010 through January 31, 2011 and will include four one-year option periods that may extend performance through January 31, 2015. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued on or about September 28, 2009 with a tentative closing date of October 13, 2009. The anticipated award date will be December 28, 2009. This procurement is being issued as unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 812332 and the business size standard is $14 million. This RFQ will be available on www.fedbizopps.gov under ODA (Other Defense Agencies). Potential offerors are encouraged to use this web site to obtain a copy of this RFQ. All requests for paper copies of this RFQ must be in writing and addressed to: Defense Commissary Agency, ATTN: AMDS (Luz G. Rayel), 1300 E Avenue, Fort Lee Virginia 23801-1800.
