- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W91YTZ-09-T-0224. Subject: Contract for Lab Supplies This is a notice of the Governments intent to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source contract to Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc, 4000 Alfred Nobel Dr.,Hercules, CA 94547-1803, for Lab Supplies based on Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This is not a set-aside for small business. This notice is an urgent requirement for Dewitt Army Community Hospital, Ft Belvoir, VA 22060-5901. Parties interested in future announcements shall provide detailed information of their capabilities and certifications to clearly meet the requirements stated above. Response(s) may be via email or on company letterhead: include companys name, point of contact, address, phone number, DUNS number, CAGE Code, Tax ID, business size, and solicitation number.
