- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Expressions of Interest Sought for Rockville, Maryland The United States Government seeks to enter into a full service lease for approximately 42,800 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) yielding approximately 42,800 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet (BOASF) of contiguous warehouse space in Rockville, MD. Ten on site parking spaces are required. The delineated area is as follows: Twinbrook to Parklawn Drive to Randolph Road to Rocking Horse Road to Boiling Brook Parkway to Nicolson Lane to Rockville Pike The anticipated lease term is for ten (10) years firm. The required occupancy date is Q4 of 2010. Buildings offered for consideration must have the ability to demonstrate meeting all current Federal/GSA/PBS, State, and Local codes and regulations including, but not limited to, fire and life safety, handicapped accessibility, OSHA, and seismic protection. Expressions of interest should include the following information at a minimum: •Building name and address; •Location of space in the building and date of availability; •ANSI/BOMA defined office area/usable square feet (USF); •Rentable Square Feet (RSF) offered and rental rate per square foot, specifying included services, and utilities; •Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized contact. The Government is using a tenant broker to represent them in lease negotiations for this transaction. In no event shall a potential offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning a space to be leased with representatives of any federal agency other than the authorized officers and employees of the GSA or their authorized representative, Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc.
