- The previously posted Pre-Solicitation Notice is hereby amended as follows: The contractor shall provide all personnel, management, and any other items and services, not Government furnished, necessary to perform Mold Rememdiation at Fort Hood, Texas. The Contractor shall perform all work in compliance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws and regulations. The period of performance will be for a base year plus a one-year options. Base Period: 1 Dec 2009 to 30 Nov 2010 and 1st Option Period: 1 Dec 2010 to 30 Nov 2011. The applicable code for this requirement is: NAICS 562910 with a Small Business size standard of $14 M. This acquisition will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Invitation for Bid (IFB) W91151-09-B-0024 is tentatively schedule to be issued 16 October 2009. A firm fixed price requirements contract is contemplated. These services shall include mold remediation work. The mold remediation work shall comply with current Texas Mold Assessment Remediation Rules (TMARR) of the Texas Administrative Code (TAC), specifically 25 TAC Sections 295.301-295.338, State of Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, and Federal EPA regulations. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued on the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website at http://acquisition.army.mil. Once the solicitation is posted, it is the responsibility of potential bidders to review this site frequently for any notification of changes or amendments to the solicitation documents. All inquiries regarding this acquisition must be made in writing to the contract specialist (email is acceptable). Interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at http://www.ccr.gov to be eligible for award. Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA), found at http://orca.bpn.gov must also be completed and up to date.
