- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, intends to award on a Sole Source basis with Spectrum Arena Limited Partnership for recruiting related events/office and special event meeting rooms and premium seating at designated local professional sporting events. Spectrum Arena Limited Partnership owns the licensing rights space utilization/property management and seating assignments for the designated complex. The period of performance shall be twelve (12) months, after date of contract. This notice of intent is NOT a Request for Competitive Proposals. No contract award will be made on the bases of this notice. This notice does not constitute a solicitation document and request for such documents will not be considered. However, all information received within three (3) calendar days after date of publication of this notice will be considered SOLELY for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
