- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W9124L-09-T-0150. THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENDED SOLE SOURCE AWARD. Directorate of Contracting Office Fort Sill, Oklahoma intends to award a Sole Source Contract against a GSA contract held by Carlin Manufacturing LLC. The award will consist of the following items/configurations: CLIN 0001 Lease Mobile Kitchen Trailers, to include all utilities, lighting and electrical package, and decks, stairs and ramps; CLIN 0002 Lease of Serving Lines, to include 4 each of the following: hot/cold lines, salad bar lines, flatware carts, utility stands, and beverage utility tables; CLIN 0003 Accounting for Contractor Support. This requirement includes an additional one year-option for the leases in CLINS 0001 and 0002. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 722330, size standard is $6.5 Million. This proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit or negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. It is in the best interest of the Government to continue the current lease to avoid substantial duplication of costs that would be incurred to remove utility infrastructure and re-install. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within three (3) days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
