- Furnish and deliver one (1) 4-wheel drive backhoe tractor with attachments (Hydraulic Mounted Hammer, Street Pads, and Rotary Asphalt Cutter). It is anticipated that a fixed-price contract will be awarded. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business using NAICS is 333120115310 for which the size standard is 750 employees. The solicitation will only be issued as a direct download at the following website: https://www.fbo.gov. The solicitation is due to be posted on or about September 14, 2009. All prospective contractors must be registered in FBO before they will be allowed to download solicitation information. The solicitation will not be provided in a printed paper format, however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when it is determined to be in the Governments best interest. Therefore, it is the offerors responsibility to check the website for solicitation posting and any changes to the solicitation.
