- Brand Name Letter This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3Z3519174AC03; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-36, effective date 10 September, 2009; Defense DCN 20090825, effective date 25 August, 2009; and AFAC 2009-0803 effective date 03 August 2009. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334119. The business size standard is 1,000 employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 7035. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 5045. Travis AFB intends to award a brand name purchase order for the following Cisco NAC Profiler Hardware: CLIN0001 - Cisco/NAC 3350 Collector Failover Bundle - upto NAC Srv user count. NAC 3350-CLT-FB= Qty: 3 Each CLIN0002 - Cisco/NAC 3350 Profiler - max upto 40K devices Crypto. NAC 3350-PROF-K9. Qty: 1 Each CLIN0003 - Cisco/SMARTNET 8x5/NBD NAC 3350 Collector Failover Bundle. CON-SNT-NACC50F. Qty: 3 Each CLIN0004 - Cisco/SMARTNET 8x5xNBD NAC 3350 Profiler Failover Bundle-max u. CON-SNT-NACP50F. Qty: 1 Each Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition. Offerors must comply with all instructions contained in FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items (June 2008).
