Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. As a synopsis solicitation proposals are being requested and no separate notice will be issued. The requirement is for One Year. (ii) This synopsis solicitation number is WC1SH39254D056. (iii) This synopsis solicitation RFQ and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-18 (July 5, 2007). (iv) The applicable NAICS is 813110 (v) This synopsis solicitation contains (8) line item. Quotes are being sought from Total Small Business. Shipping must be FOB destination with delivery. (vii) Delivery location: GARRISON CHAPLAIN, POST CHAPEL, ATTN: APVR-RCH., BLDG., FT. RICHARDSON AK 99505-5999 CLIN0001: Large Group Meeting, Weekly large group meetings. QUANTITY 52 weeks CLIN0002: Small Group Discipleship, Weekly small group discipleship training and education. QUANTITY 52 weeks. CLIN0003: Newcomer's Orientation, Welcoming newly assigned personnel as part of the Installation Newcomer's Briefings; QUANTITY 26 bi-weekly. CLIN0004: Outreach Activities, Community outreach to help build up the neighborhood, QUANTITY 12 monthly. CLIN0005: Leadership mentoring, Mentorship and training with adults who show promise for future leadership roles, QUANTITY 26 bi-weekly. CLIN0006: Leadership roster update, regular updating of roster for community points of contact, QUANTITY 12 monthly. CLIN0007: Program Retreats, Season spiritual retreats incorporating outdoor activities and team building, QUANTITY 4 quarterly. CLIN0008: Garrison UMT Meetings, Weekly planning meetings with Garrison leadership to plan, coordinate, and synchronize future ministry activities,QUANTITY 52 weekly; RCO-AK 033 WAWF INVOICING INSTRUCTIONS AND PAYMENT FOR SUPPLIES/SERVICES/CONSTRUCTION; Invoices for services rendered under this Contract shall be submitted electronically through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). The vendor shall self-register at the web site: https://wawf.eb.mil/. Vendor training is available on the Internet at: http://wawftraining.com/ (viii) The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial (JAN 2004), applies to this acquisition (ix), Offers will be evaluated using the best value selection method; the following are the evaluation factors to be used: Price, Delivery, and Past Performance. The contract will be awarded to the offeror that provides the best value to the government.
