- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W91238-09-Q-0274. The Sacramento Distr4ict of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has a need to procure Two (2) Liebert VS, Model VS028WU, upflow, water-cooled, cooling only, nominal eight (8) ton computer room air conditioners, or equivalent. The Government intends to award one firm-fixed price commodity contract as a result of this solicitation. This solicitation shall not be issued in a hard copy format.
