- SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic Charleston intends to purchase the following as acomplete package: 1200 ea-Kaplan SAT/ACT/PSAT Platinum 2008 1200 ea-Middle School Advantage 2009 1150 ea-Anime Studio Pro Electronic download 185 ea-Anime Studio Pro Media Kit 2000 ea-Farstone Virtual Drive Upgrades 2000 ea-Atari RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 Platinum Which are to be installed on existing systems wherein the current configurations cannot be changed, the software will ensure quality media capabilities with exisitng software currently used. A Firm-Fixed Price; Commercial type contract under FAR Part 13.5 is anticipated. Firms are invited to submit any literature, brochures, and references necessary to support that they possess the capability to provide ALL above equipment. State the name of firm in subject line of e-mail message. Responses must include the following: (1) name and address of firm; (2) size of business: average annual revenue for past three years and number of employees; (3) ownership: Large, Small, Small Disadvantaged, 8(a), Woman-Owned; and/or Service Disabled Veteran Owned. The results of this market research will determine if the acquisition will be set-aside and competed among authorized small businesses that are distributors of these software components as a complete package. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 423430 and the size standard is 100 employees. Interested parties are asked to respond to via e-mail to the POC below by providing their size status by the date below. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
