Description
Amendment to solicitation F1B1R29180A001: The following question and answers are provided: Submital date has NOT been extended. Q: In the Auditorium, where will the EMSEC secure briefing laptop connection need to be located. A: The EMSEC laptop connection should be placed in / around the podium. We will have a podium that is movable, so if we need to put it in the stage or floor by where the podium would normally be that will work too. Q: In the conference room, which wall will the Plasma Display be located. A: The display will go on the west wall, where the white board is now. Q: Where will the equipment racks be located. (Keep in mind that all equipment is RF and can be controlled without line of sight. The only time the equipment will need to be accessed is to load a DVD or VHS) A: The equipment racks should be located in the corner of the room to the right of the display. This should be the northwest corner of the conference room and auditorium. Q: Are we responsible for 110 power in the ceiling for the projector in the auditorium? A: YES, CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR INSTALLING THIS POWER. Q: Could you be more specific about the Lutron lighting system in the auditorium: what type?, how many?, part numbers?, will they integrate with the touchpanel?, are we responsible for all 110 wiring? A: Vendor will be responsible for all 110 wiring One basic Lutron lighting system is required and needs to be integrated with the touch panel. This will allow OSS to control the lighting from one location. Do not have a specific part number, the vendor would chose the lighting system that integrates with all the other equipment. A: In the Conference room, which part number for the 65" plasma TV is correct? The new # on the FedBizOpps site is PAVTH65PZ750U - this one has been discontinued. A: OSS DOES NOT CARE WHICH 65" PLASMA THEY USE. Q: Also in the Conference room, the part number for the speakers doesn't appear to be valid - ATSP8C? Are they to be Speco? JBL? Do you have a different part number? A: OSS DOES NOT CARE WHICH SPEAKERS THEY USE AS LONG AS THEY WORK WITH THE SYSTEM. Q: The Conference room has a white board on one wall that will need to be removed if that is where the projection screen will be. A: Tthe screen will go where the white board is now and the white board will be removed. Submital date has NOT been extended.
