Description
The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) is seeking a BRAND NAME OR EQUAL TO the following: Vendor Masimo Americas Inc. Total hemoglobin monitoring technology A complete system. Quantity required is 2 hemoglobin monitoring systems. Minimum Essential Characteristics include the following: Must include radical-7 Oximetere with TFT Color display, SET Sp02 and Rainbow SET PulseCO-Oximetry technology platform; radical docking station; total hemoglobin (SpHb) parameter; software upgrade for SpMet, PVI; carboxyhemoglobin (SpCO) paramter; and sensors. Must include docking monitors, docking station, sensors, and software. Must be able to do real-time noninvasive measurements. Must continuously measure total hemoglobin. Must also measure oxygen content, carboxyhemoglobin, methemoglobin, and PVI. Must measure oxyhemoglobin, pulse rate, and perfusion index. Must contain continous hemoglobin concentrations that can be trended noninvasively. If providing other than brand name please submit specification data. All items shipped directly to US Army Institute of Surgical Research, ATTN: Mr. Michael Perez, 3400 Rawley C. Chambers Ave., Bldg 3611, Fort Sam Houston, TX 78234-6315. This announcement constitutes solicitation number W81XWH-09-T-0666 by USAMRAA, Ft Detrick, MD as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and offers must be submitted in writing (oral offers will not be accepted). The solicitation document and incorporated Provisions and Clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-22. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The SIC Code is 3845; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334510.
