- The Augusta VA Medical Center has a requirement for Health Physicist Services to perform quarterly inspections of the Nuclear Medicine Department and annual inspection of all the facilitys x-ray units at the Dublin VA Medical Center, Dublin, Georgia as outlined herein in the Statement of Work. Period of Performance: Base Period 1October 09 thru 30 Sep 09 Plus 4 Option years. This solicitation is issued as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12 and shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13. The RFP VA-247-09-RP-0355 will be advertised as 100% Small Business set aside with NAICS Code 541620 and the size standard of $7.0 M. Only offerors from those firms regularly established in business of providing this type of service will be considered by the agency. This solicitation will be advertised and available for bidding on the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about 12 Sep 2009. Interested offerors may obtain an electronic copy of the solicitation free at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining any and all posted amendments.
