- Description
- The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Atlantic Services Group Inc. DBA Atlantic Valet for parking stickers for FDA employees located at the Rockwall Office Buildings in Rockville, Md. Award shall be made in accordance with FAR Part 13 -- simplified acquisition procedures. The proposed award is for services under NAICS 812930 Parking Lots and Garages. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice is issued for information purposes and not a request for competitive proposals. As the parking facility at Rockwall is managed by Atlantic Services Group, they are the only provider for lease of parking facilities available at this location. Any interested party should submit a statement of capabilities in sufficient detail to determine if the requirements of this synopsis can be met no later than 5 days from the date of the announcement. Reponses to this notice must be sent via e-mail to Christopher.Cunningham@fda.hhs.gov or London.Johnson@fda.hhs.gov. No phone calls will be accepted. QUESTION SUBMITTAL DUE DATE: All questions are to be submitted in writing via e-mail to Christopher.Cunningham@fda.hhs.gov no later than 1:00 p.m., EST on September 15, 2009. CLOSING DATE: All quotations are due, via e-mail to Christopher.Cunningham@fda.hhs.gov no later than 1:00 p.m., EST on September 16, 2009. THE ANTICIPATED AWARD DATE: The anticipated award date is on or about September 17, 2009 however, dates in this announcement are subject to change. PROVISIONS and CLAUSES: The clause at FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions, commercial items applies to this acquisition. The clause at FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders, Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.232-33 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer Central Contractor Registration. Clauses and provisions are incorporated by reference and apply to this acquisition.
