- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial commodities prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. The solicitation (Request for Quotation) reference number is FA5205-09-Q-P011. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-33. This procurement is NOT a set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 451110, Sporting Goods Stores, the size standard of which is $7 million in average annual receipts (Not to Exceed). DESCRIPTION: Boxing Ring for 35 FSS at Misawa AB, Japan. REQUIREMENTS: Contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, tools, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to provide the following: CLIN 0001 Boxing Ring 20' (1 ea.) Must ship complete with the following minimum specifications/features: - Four (4) corner posts and frame - USA Boxing approved EVA padding (or equal) - Ring cover - Ring skirt - Four (4) corner cushions - Eight (8) rope spacers - Rope clamps - Sixteen (16) rope turnbuckles - Four (4) ropes with rope covers - Two (2) sets of stairs - Two (2) stools - Two (2) ring buckets CLIN 0002 Shipping option.
