- Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, in conjunction FAR 13.5, the United States Army Research, Development & Engineering Command (RDECOM) Contracting Center, Natick Contracting Division, Natick, MA 01760 5011, on behalf of the Natick Soldier Research Development Engineering Center (NSRDEC), intends to negotiate and award a contract on a sole source basis with FTL Solar, LLC, 44 E 32nd St., New York, NY 10016-5508, to provide a solar panel system compatible with military shelters. Nothing herein should be misconstrued as a request for proposal. No solicitation document is available.
