Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE CHARLOTTE AMALIE, ST. THOMAS Description REQUIREMENT: The United States Government seeks to lease approximately 3,675 rentable square feet (RSF) to yield a minimum of 3,196 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet to a maximum of 3,275 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of contiguous office space in Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas in the US Virgin Islands. Offered space must be fully serviced and located in a prime commercial office district capable of being altered or constructed to meet the Government’s specifications. Site must be located outside the 100-year flood plain. Sub-leases are not acceptable. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. A minimum of 4 surface parking spaces shall be available at no additional cost. The offered space must meet Government requirements for security, fire safety and handicapped accessibility. OCCUPANCY: Space should be ready for occupancy by May 26, 2010. LEASE TERM: 10 years, 5 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges after 5 years. DELINEATED AREA: North: Kongens Gade South: Route 30 Veterans Drive East: Bjerge Gade West: Hospital Gade Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing and should include the following information: address/location of site, square footage, name, address, telephone number and email address of individual to be contacted, name of recorded owner, and evidence of authority to represent the owner. All expressions of interest must be received by September 21, 2009.
