- Attachment 2 Lot 2 VoIP Checklist Solicitation Attachment 1 Lot 1 LAN Justification and Approval The Domestic Dependent Elementary and Secondary Schools (DDESS) intends to award Brand Name firm fixed price purchase order(s) to CISCO Authorized Channel Partners for CISCO Call Manager software, maintenance services, and equipment (VoIP), and Local Area Network (LAN) equipment under authority of FAR 13.501 (1)(ii). This acquisition is sought as brand name open market under the North American Industrial Classification Standard Code (NAICS) 423430. Up to two awards (one award per lot) may result from this solicitation. Each of the two lots is solicited as all inclusive for new products in their original boxes. The Government will not accept used or refurbished equipment. Add all discount opportunities to unit prices when placing quote. Any questions on this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to Penny Johnson, Contract Specialist, by email only at penny.johnson@am.dodea.edu no later than 15 September 2009 by 2:00 PM (EST). No inquiries will be answered by telephone. All submissions must be received by the response date and time of this notice. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. SEE UPLOADED DOCUMENTS FOR DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. Response Date: 2:00 PM (EST) 17 September 2009.
