- RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W912DQ-09-R-H002. W912DQ-09-R-H002 RECOVERY PER FAR 5. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBERS: SAIC (W912DQ-07-D-0044) AND SEVENSON ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES, INC. (W912DQ-07-D-0062). Remediation of Contaminated Groundwater at the Monitor Devices, Inc./Intercircuits, Inc. Superfund Site, Wall Township, Monmouth County, New Jersey. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District will be competitively issuing a Task Order under the Large Business Long Term Remedial Action Contracts for the Remediation of Contaminated Groundwater at the Monitor Devices, Inc./Intercircuits, Inc. Superfund Site located in Wall Township, Monmouth County, New Jersey. The Task Order will be issued for an initial award of $3,000,000.00 utilizing ARRA Funds. In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Re-Investment Act (ARRA) of 2009, Pub.L. 11-5; the Government posts this presolicitation notice of a new task order for the Remediation of Contaminated Groundwater at the Monitor Devices, Inc./Intercircuits, Inc. Superfund Site. The goal of this task order is to effectively reduce the Contaminant of Concern concentrations in the groundwater to meet the clean-up criteria as prescribed in the Record of Decision.
