- The Federal Aviation Administration intends to solicit Integrated Airmen Certification and/or Rating Application (IACRA) design and development, integration, and technical support services. Attached are all the procurement documents, including: -Section A: Solicitation, Offer and Award Form-Sections B-M-Attachment 1: Business Declaration Form All questions pertaining to this solicitation should be sent via e-mail to Jacqueline.Naranjo@faa.gov, with a cc to Pamela.Davis@faa.gov no later than 3:00 pm EDT on Friday, September 18, 2009.
