- RECOVERY. This notice is provided for informational purposes only. This project is funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. A firm fixed priced task order has been issued to Bailey Edward Design, 35 East Wacker Drive, Tower Floor 28, Chicago, IL 60601 for architectural and engineering (A-E) design services to Repair Mechanical and Electrical Systems at the Cereal Disease Laboratory, St. Paul, MN. This task order was awarded against an existing contract, AG-3K15-53-3K15-4-1500, which had already been competed in accordance with the Brooks Act and awarded as an Architect and Engineering, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity Contract. The selection of Bailey Edward Design was based upon criteria which included the following: overall technical expertise, and an internal analysis of costs.
