- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W9124R-09-T-1099. Sole Source. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center-Yuma in Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Arizona, intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis with Infinition, 3630 Jean Talon, Trois-Riviees, Quebec, Canada G8Y2GY. The software and equipment must be fully compatible with existing systems for consistent and accurate data. This will be a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures for commercial items per FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. The North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 334511 with a standard size of 750 Employees. This contract will consist of one Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0001, Quantity: 1, Unit of Issue: Each, Description: TestCenter 6 Software. Award for this requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements or submit proposals. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOPALS. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. If you feel that your firm possesses the ability to provide these requirements, then you must respond by demonstrating your firms technical capability to meet these requirements by 17 September 2009 8:00 AM MST.
