- The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound is soliciting for a firm fixed price supply type contract for a Digital Radiography System that must be compatible with current equipment. Delivery date shall be within 120 days after receipt of order. Proposed contract is to be for a commercial item and will be issued using Acquisition of Commercial Item Procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13.5. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotations prior to synopsis closing date. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by FISC/PS. NOTE: FUNDS ARE CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT. IF THE CONTRACTING OFFICER DOES NOT OBTAIN FUNDING BY 30 SEPTEMBER 2009, THE SOLICITATION WILL BE CANCELLED. OFFERED PRICING MUST REMAIN VALID UNTIL 15 OCTOBER 2009.
