- Recovery: This notice is provided for informational purposes only. This opportunity is available only to the Contractor awarded in the initial contract award under C8147050012, IDIQ Exterior Paint Cyclic Contract. The National Park Service, Pacific West Region, intends to award a task order against this indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract based on pre-negotiated pricing. This procurement is in accordance to FAR 16.5 for IDIQ contracts and 19.8 for 8(a) contracts. This notice of intent is not a request for Expressions of Interest, Proposals or Quotations. A determination by the Park Service not to open this requirement to competition is solely within the discretion of the Park Service in consideration of what is in the best interest of the Government. The Park Service intends to award a firm fixed price Task Order within 14 days of this announcement. The magnitude of this award will be between $100,000 and $250,000 and the NAICS Code is 238320.
