- The USDA, AMS S&T Monitoring Program Office in Manassas, VA intends to procure Analytical Standards - Procurement of neat analytical standards for pesticide residue analysis of food commodities. A Statement of Work with a list of standards will be attached to the solicitation. The duration of this contract will be from Date of Award through September 2010 with 4 option years for a maximum contract length of five years. The USDA intends to award a Firm-fixed price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity commercial contract resulting from this solicitation. This will be best value procurement. It is anticipated that the formal solicitation, Request for Proposal (RFP) AG-6395-S-09-0195, will be released on or about September 11, 2009 and posted on this FEDBIZOPPS website. Please download the RFP from this website. All responsible offers may submit an offer to the solicitation. After release, one may download a copy of the solicitation at this site.
