- Attached file is the current Wage determination Attached file is the current Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F1R31A9156AQ01, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-12. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside utilizing NAICS code is 334419 and the small business size standard is $6.5 million. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation; Testing Backflow Devices, QTY: 1 Ea. Installation and repair, QTY: 1 Ea. Should be shipped 1-October-2009 to 30-September-2010, FOB: Destination for delivery to 7 CES/LOGISTICS FLIGHT, 734 Third St., DYESS AFB, TEXAS 79607. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items. Quotes will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, offerors must be registered in the Online Representations and Certifications system at http://orca.bpn.gov. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items.
