- Furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, supplies and all other things necessary to perform janitorial, mowing, landscaping, vehicle cleaning, and pesticide services at the Irvington Site Office, Irvington (Mobile County), Alabama. It is anticipated that an Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract will be awarded for a base and four (4) one-year options. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. The small business size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates whose average annual gross revenue does not exceed $16.5 million for the past three years under NAICS 561720. A site visit is contemplated; however, a date has not been established. A firm date will be included in the initial solicitation or provided by amendment to the solicitation. The solicitation package will be available for download on or about September 11, 2009. The solicitation will only be issued by a direct download at the following website: https://www.fbo.gov. All offerors must be registered in FBO before they will be allowed to download the solicitation information. The solicitation will not be provided in a printed paper format, however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when it is determined to be in the Governments best interest. Therefore, it is the offerors responsibility to check the website for solicitation posting and any changes to the solicitation. Those registering are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
