- CLIN0001: Custom Life Support Lockers 201 openings 3-tier lockers Locker size 18”W x 18”D x 24”H Built in combo lockers with master keys Required to be delivered and assembled on site Door must be no more 14 gauge steel Body must be no more than 16 gauge steel Backs must be more than 18 gauge steel Manufacturer: Penco, Manufacturer Part Number: 6A221 OR EQUAL. If proposing an OR EQUAL product, qoute shall contain manufacturer’s name, manufacturer part number, and a description. Preferred color: Slate Blue The inside of the locker shall be empty space with no hooks. Preferred setup of the lockers: 4 sections of 9, one section of 10, one section of 16, and one section of 5. No corner fillers required. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside for small business only. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 337215, Size Standard 500 employees. Solicitation/Purchase Request number F2KTAD9224A001 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-36 effective 11 August 2009. The Government intends to award one contract line item number (CLIN 0001) for Custom Life Support Lockers. QUANTITY: 1 UNIT OF MEASURE: each. DESIRED DELIVERY DATE: 30 Days After Award. FOB: DESTINATION. Inspection and acceptance: DESTINATION. The following provisions and clauses apply to this procurement: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items. Addenda to FAR 52.212-1, 52.211-6. In accordance with the FAR 13.106-1(a)(2) offerors are notified that award will be made on the basis of price and technical suitability.
