- OFDA Five Toyota Land Cruisers This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 336112 - Light Truck and Utility Vehicle Manufacturing. USAID intends to award a firm fixed price Contract as a result of this RFQ. Issuance of this solicitation does not constitute an award commitment on the part of the Government, nor does it commit the Government to pay for costs incurred in the preparation and submission of a proposal. Authorized Geographic Code: 935 - Any area or country including the cooperating country, but excluding the foreign policy restricted areas. Marking Requirements: Marking shall be in accordance with AIDAR 752.7009, Marking (JAN 1993), http://www.usaid.gov/policy/ads/300/aidar.pdf. Marking shall also comply with the USAID "Graphic Standards Manual" available at www.usaid.gov/branding. Technical Requirements and Specifications: Emergency USAID humanitarian support requirements around the globe require the U.S. Office of Foreign Disaster Assistance to maintain a quickly deployable vehicle fleet which blends in with our partner organizations as well as having the ability to protect and support our people in the field. The Office of U.S. Foreign Disaster Assistance (OFDA) requires 5 Toyota Land Cruiser 76 Model Vehicles. Two of these vehicles shall be Right Hand Drive Models (HZJ76R-RKMRS) and three shall be Left Hand Drive Models (HZJ76L-RKMRS) all shall be manual transmissions.
