- The proposed procurement is 100% set-aside for small business with a NAICS code of 238220 and with a small business size standard of not to exceed an average annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years of $14,000,000.00 ($14.0 million), including worldwide affiliates. Place of performance is Dover, DE. Provide labor, equipment, and material to provide HVAC maintenance services. No phone or fax requests for a copy of this solicitation will be accepted. All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to the contracting office at Josephine.e.baran@usace.army.mil. The solicitation will be available close of business o/a 09/11/2009 to interested vendors to create an account (unless they already have one) and download/obtain the solicitation at FEDBIZOPPS (Federal Business Opportunities aka FBO or FEDBIZOPPS) http://www.fbo.gov You must be CCR registered in order to create an account at FEDBIZOPPS. The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov as you will need your MPIN (Marketing Partner Identification Number) when creating an account at FEDBIZOPPS. If you do not have an account at FEDBIZOPPS you will be locked out from obtaining a hard copy of the solicitation at FEDBIZOPPS.
