- On August 10, 2009, NIST released solicitation number SB1341-09-RQ-0464 on the Federal Business Opportunities website for a rheometer. Quotations were due on August 21, 2009. A timely solicitation protest was received. Due to end of fiscal year deadlines, funding restrictions and the time required to thoroughly research the claims presented, it has been determined to be in the Government’s best interest to cancel the solicitation. It is not known at this time if this requirement will be re-released in the future. Solicitation number SB1341-09-RQ-0464 is hereby cancelled in its entirety.
