- Description
- The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a Request for Quote for Firm Fixed Price contract to modify and link HGS (HydroGeoSphere) and GMS (Groundwater Modeling System). The objectives of this effort include a database design for HGS flow and transport parameter data, modifications of HGS to enhance data movement between the database and the HGS modules, and the development of a basic graphical user interface for retrieval and storage of modeling data. The NAICS Code is: 541511, the related size standard is $25 million. Solicitation R09PS20042 will be posted on http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about 09/11/2009. The date for receipt of proposals will be approximately 09/18/2009. The solicitation must be downloaded at the above website; no paper copy of this solicitation will be distributed. Prospective contracts MUST be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at http://www.ccr.gov to be eligible for award.
