- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease contiguous office space consisting of approximately 18,500 rentable square feet. The space must be within the following delineated area: SOUTH - FDR Drive East River; WEST - Broadway; NORTH - Canal Street; EAST - FDR Drive East River. The space should yield a minimum of 14,694 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet to a maximum of 15,429 BOMA office area square feet. Space may not be located on the ground floor. A total of 18 structured parking spaces in the building or within two blocks is also preferred. The proposed lease term is for 10 years, cancellable by the government after the initial 5 years upon 120 days written notice, and must be fully serviced. Offered space must be on contiguous floors and shall not exceed two (2) floors. Contiguous space on one floor is preferred. The offered space must meet government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Expressions of interest should include: 1.Building Name and Address 2.Rentable square feet and rental rate per square foot 3.Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet 4.Common area factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a Letter of Authorization from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
