- The purpose of this amendment (RFP 14060409RP21461, Amendment 01) is as follows: 1) Revise 090909 RFP MARCS Integrator Contract. There were six changes to the original document: a) Format of Proposal Organization Table revised (Pages 68 - 70); b) Changed "Format for Quotes" to "Format for Proposals" (Page 61); c) Added the following "and acknowledgement of amendments" to Section L, Format of Proposals, Cover Page (Page 61); d) Page 19, Paragraph H.1 and Page 25, Paragraph I.1 - Changed "DIAR" to "HHSAR"; e) Page 60, Written Questions and Answers - Added "and facsimile"; and f) Standard Form 1449 - Changed Solicitation Issue Date from 09/08/2009 to 09/09/2009. 2) Updated the Past Performance Questionnaire. 3) The 090909 RFP MARCS Integrator Contract and Past Performance Questionnaire document will be replaced in the AQD Solicitation posting site (http://www.aqd.nbc.gov/solic/solic_details.asp?solid=259&s=s). PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS THE ACTUAL SOLICITATION EVEN THOUGH IT IS LISTED AS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE TYPE IN FEDBIZOPPS.
