- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation W901UZ-9211-2702 is issued as a Request for Quotations. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36, dated 8/11/09. This procurement is Set-Aside 100% for Small Business and issued under NAICS code 334220, small business size standard of 750 Employees. The North Dakota Army National Guard is requesting quotations for 50 ea. of the following items: Motorola XTS2500 hand-held radio, H46KDF9PW6BN; P25 Software for XTS2500 radio, 3 yr service advantage, antenna, helical VHF 150-8-162,H129, Charger for XTS2500 radio NTN1873. THIS IS A NAME BRAND REQUEST BASED ON JUSTIFICATION FOR USE WITH EXISTING EQUIPMENT. Offerors will include delivery charges in their quote. Quotes are due in by 11AM central time on September 17, 2009. Offers will be evaluated on lowest price offered for brand name equipment that meets all requirements. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; and 52.212-3 ALT 1, Offeror Representations and Certifications apply to this acquisition.
