- This is a combine synopsis/solicitation. The Contractor shall provide Promotional/Marketing Items for the Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) in accordance with the purchase specification outlined in the solicitation. This is an ALL or None Requirement. Multiple awards will not be made. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote must obtain a DUNS number and be registered in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) in order to transact business with the Government. Failure to obtain a DUNS number and "active" CCR will result in an award to the next otherwise successful registered Offeror. The entire solicitation will be made available only on FedBizOpps (FBO) website at: http://www.fedbizops.gov. All current/future information about this acquisition, i.e. solicitation, amendments, purchase specification, and Q &A's will be distributed through FBO. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation.
